Book Like a Boss is an all in one scheduling tool which allows you to automate your bookings. Whether you book 1:1 calls or you want to give access to your course participants to book some time with you, this scheduling tool is da bomb!
Book Like a Boss can be embedded within your online course, on your LMS, or on your website. You can brand it to make it look and feel like your own and it’s a seamless process for bookings. It syncs with several online calendars (such as Google Calendar) and replaces all of the back and forth time-wasting emails to book calls, meetings or appointments.
I’ve used Mailchimp and Aweber, but neither (in my opinion) even comes close to Convertkit as an email marketing service provider for online businesses. With built-in opt-in forms and easy to configure sequences for sales funnels, Convertkit is the bomb!
Convertkit makes managing your email marketing EASY. They count subscribers by subscribers, not by how many ‘lists’ they’re on. You can tag your subscribers actions they take in order to filter them into the right sales funnel, and to send broadcasts and sequences that are pertinent to them. We manage email marketing for 3 businesses using Convertkit, and I can’t imagine ever moving to another email marketing service provider. Ever. Give Convertkit a try, and I’m willing to bet that you’ll wonder how you managed before you switched.

As you may have read in this blog post, I have a love affair with Drip. Having used just about every email marketing service provider, Drip is (by far) my tool of choice. It’s email marketing – on steroids.

I can sort and filter by lead score to focus my efforts on my most engaged subscribers. One of the best selling features in my opinion? Drip automatically tracks subscriber activity (I’m talkin’ seriously detailed!) on your site/in your app along with a number of key performance metrics for opt-in forms and campaigns. Drip is free up to 100 subscribers, and super reasonably priced after that. Give it a go – you’ll never go back to your standard email marketing service provider again.
Online forms are boring – Typeforms fix that. Beautifully designed, asking one question at a time like a real conversation, they are engaging and fun to complete. Typeform is a web-based platform for collecting and sharing information, in a conversational, human way.
Typeforms can be used for market research surveys, polls, questionnaires, quizzes and tests, course evaluations, and interactive storytelling. I’ve been using Freshbooks for years to track revenue, expenses, invoices, estimates, and contractors – and I love it!
I can record receipts on the go with the mobile app which means no more gas receipts stacking up in my vehicle; all of my team members log their time spent on client projects within their own Contractor dashboard so I can pull reports at any point; and I use Zapier to have my online course purchases recorded in Freshbooks without me having to manually record them. By now you know that having secure passwords is important, but trying to remember them all is a challenge!
